Luma Blocks and this support website are provided by Aleksandr Bobrovskikh, a sole proprietor registered in Armenia, under the Eddit name. For privacy questions or requests, email support@eddit.app.
This policy covers the Luma Blocks iOS app, its support pages and messages you send to our support address.
Your game progress
Saved games, scores, daily puzzle history, achievements and preferences are stored on your device. We do not upload gameplay statistics or saved games to our own server. These files may be included in system backups managed by your device and Apple.
No in-game account is required. The app does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location or photos to play.
Purchases and RevenueCat
Apple processes the optional Luma Studio purchase. We do not receive your payment card details or Apple Account password.
RevenueCat helps us check and restore purchases, unlock Studio, prevent purchase fraud and understand purchase statistics. It processes purchase history, transaction identifiers, product and entitlement information, and an automatically generated app user identifier. This identifier does not contain your name or email address, and we do not connect it to an in-game account.
Purchase services also process technical information needed to operate, such as app and operating system versions, locale and currency, and network request information. These services may be contacted when the app checks the product or an existing purchase, even if you do not start a new purchase.
We do not send your name, email address or payment details to RevenueCat. Automatic device identifier collection and optional SDK diagnostics are disabled in our configuration. The app has no advertising, and we do not use its data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.
When you contact us
If you email support, we receive your email address, the message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer you, investigate the issue and keep relevant support correspondence. Our email is hosted by Timeweb Cloud. Please send only information needed for your request; do not send passwords or payment card details.
This website
This site has no analytics scripts, advertising, cookies or browser storage. To deliver a page, hosting and network providers process technical request information such as your IP address, requested address and browser information. Technical error or security records may be used to keep the site working and secure. The site is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany.
Service providers and sharing
We use Apple for app distribution and payments, RevenueCat for purchase management, Timeweb Cloud for support email, and hosting and network providers to operate this website. They receive the information necessary for those services. Their processing may take place outside your country.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or as necessary to protect the service and address fraud.

Storage and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you remove it. Deleting the app removes its local gameplay data; copies in device backups are managed through Apple’s backup settings.
Deleting the app does not automatically delete purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Purchase records may be needed to maintain and restore Studio access, handle refunds or fraud, and meet legal obligations. Support correspondence and technical records are kept only as needed for their stated purpose and applicable legal obligations.
To request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold, email support@eddit.app. Explain your request without sending a password. We may ask for the minimum information needed to locate the relevant record and confirm that it belongs to you. We will explain if a record must be retained or a request needs to be handled by Apple or another provider.
Your choices and this policy
You can play the core game without making a purchase or contacting support. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us to make a request. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
We will update this page if our data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
